Why Finding Biased Information in AI Solutions Is So Relevant?
As organizations and professionals use the public version of generative AI solutions, such as ChatGPT, Bard, or Claude, for creating content for external stakeholders, thought leaders want to avoid exposure by providing content with biased information or hallucinations.
Look at the picture below and imagine this: A dashboard where each dot represents a relevant controversial topic, and the color (from violet to red) indicates the level of biased information detected by an external auditing firm.
That would be a very interesting service, but we are not there today.
So, what does the Cheat Sheet consist of?
I developed a simple method to find biased information when I started playing with these entities in December 2022 (Episode 42).
